E.C. Visioning Project
The East Cleveland Visioning Session Part II will be re-scheduled when the COVID-19 alerts are lifted.
The Levin College of Urban Affairs has been asked by the City of East Cleveland, together with NOAH, East Cleveland’s community development corporation, to help construct a vision statement that will help to identify the possibilities for the economic and community development in the city. The Levin College Visioning Project team, NOAH and the City of East Cleveland believe that getting the views of residents and other community members will give the project team valuable information that will be used to create the vision statement for economic and community development in East Cleveland.
There are two ways you can participate:
- Attend the Community Visioning Meeting, Monday, February 17, 2020 and March 16, 2020 @ 6:00 pm at the MacGregor Home. For more information, please visit: http://www.noahorganizing.org.
- Fill out a Visioning Survey to make your voice heard! Surveys are available at:
- City Hall
- East Cleveland Public Library
- Salvation Army Community Center
- Cleveland Clinic Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center
If you prefer, you may complete the survey online: https://noahorganizing.org or by simply clicking the “E.C. Visioning Survey” button below. Thank you for taking your time to participate in this important conversation!

Please join NOAH in welcoming the East Cleveland Visioning Team. If you encounter team members at meetings and throughout the city, please show our EC Proud spirit.
